As we transition into our next chapter as Wayne Community, we are simplifying everything we do to serve you better. We cut out the complexity of traditional church structures to focus on three core rhythms: Gathering together, Growing in groups, and Going out to serve. Meet the Pastor
Pastor Doug has been serving this congregation since 2007. He uses his high energy, creativity, and love for people to help our community know God better. His deepest desire is to see everyone discover Jesus, grow deeply in their faith, and step confidently into God’s service.
Pastor Doug earned his Master of Divinity at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and served a New England congregation for six years before accepting the call here to New Jersey.
Outside of ministry, he loves spending time with his wife and four children, cheering on UCONN basketball, cooking, reading, and kayaking.
